Visuals are an important part of message communication. Before the first word is ever read, they communicate

BEFORE: The original logo had many problems. The typeface used was generic and indistiguisable. The text was placed in a single line and was illegible. The slash in the middle is was web-unfriendly. The narrow horizontal aspect makeit nearly unusable in many situations including road signs. The tag line was out of step with the market realities.

AFTER: The new logo incorporated multiple colors, 

AMERICHOICE CREDIT UNION

This small central Pennsylavnia based credit union faced stiff competition from one of Pennsylvania's largest credit unions in their own back yard. I conducted an analysis of their financial performance (using Raddon Financial studies as a base).

​

Deliverables included a report on their market performance and opportunities, identification of profitable customer segments, and opportunities to improve product use and performance.

​

From that, I created a formal Marketing Plan with an implementation schedule and costs.
